Join the Gateway team as a Part-Time Player Services Coordinator. Deliver exceptional guest experiences through problem-solving, communication, and active support across the resort.
As a critical point of contact, your role will focus on assisting guests at service desks, managing inbound communications, and supporting ticket sales. You'll enroll guests in the loyalty program, handle reservations, and engage in on-property promotions. Every day brings new challenges where your customer service skills will shine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional guest service and memorable experiences
• Assist guests with questions and promote resort amenities
• Enroll guests into loyalty programs and maintain accounts
• Manage guest communications through the contact center
• Support bookings for events, hotels, and promotions
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Comfortable with multiple software applications
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Flexible availability for various shifts
