This six-month position offers the chance to excel in customer interactions and administrative support. Responsibilities include opening work orders, following up on estimates, and invoicing customers. You will develop lasting relationships with key clients while ensuring high-quality service. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of customer contact
• Assist customers with inquiries and promote quality service
• Open and manage work orders in the system
• Provide updates to customers as needed
• Develop positive relationships with key clients
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Fluency in French is mandatory
• Positive verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience as a service writer/admin preferred
