Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls to assist customers with inquiries
• Maintain an 80% booking rate through effective scheduling
• Resolve customer conflicts and billing issues promptly
• Organize technician schedules while ensuring KPI adherence
• Utilize Service Titan for customer information management
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Service Titan or similar software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
