In this role, you will enhance the customer experience by engaging effectively, simplifying parts lookups, and driving equipment sales. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service during all interactions
• Assist with service writing and parts lookups efficiently
• Drive equipment sales through effective communication
• Manage and answer customer phone inquiries promptly
• Keep accurate notes and documentation of customer needs
Requirements:
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with outdoor power equipment details
• Ability to take detailed notes for service purposes
