Responsibilities- Serve as a friendly front‑desk presence for pet owners.
- Provide a calming voice on the phone to assist clients.
- Work collaboratively as an essential member of the pet‑care team.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Strong client communication skills and a solid work ethic.
- Knowledge of Avimark preferred.
- Veterinary experience preferred.
