We’re on the hunt for a Guest Services Rep who isn’t just great with people—they thrive on it. Think of this as part customer service, part sales superstar, and ALL about creating awesome guest experiences.

This is a full-time permanent position.

• Greeting every guest like they’re your favorite person (because, honestly, they are).
• Chatting about car wash services and selling memberships like hotcakes.
• Running fun promotions and helping guests discover all the perks of Wash Club.
• Answering calls and emails with charm and professionalism.
• Keeping our reception area and beverage station looking sharp.
• Following up with guests to make sure they’re smiling long after their visit.

• You’ve got natural sales skills— the type that make people think, I’ll take two!
• You’re dependable, organized, and can juggle multiple things at once (with a smile).
• You love working with people—whether face-to-face, on the phone, or over email.
• You’re flexible, adaptable, and not afraid of a fast-paced environment.
• You’ve got strong communication skills (talking, listening, writing—the whole package).
