Gateway Guest Service Agent Position

Location: Rama

Pursue a fulfilling career as a Guest Service Agent  the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience is comfortable and memorable.

Gateway is hiring for part-time and full-time Guest Services Agents.

Your role will involve handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and directly assisting guests. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and pay attention to detail while working flexible hours, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and confirm reservations via phone and online

• Respond proactively to guest needs and inquiries

• Manage guest concerns with tact and discretion

• Report security issues to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:

• Three years of banquet/hospitality experience required

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• FOOD SAFE Level 1 certification is a plus

• Physical ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds
