We’re looking for a Veterinary Customer Service Representative who can create exceptional experiences for both our furry patients and their humans. You will be the friendly face at the front desk, the calming voice on the phone, and an essential part of a team dedicated to outstanding pet care.
Responsibilities- Friendly face at the front desk
- Calm and professional phone support
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and pet owners
- Assist with scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations
- Can work independently and reliably in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong client communication skills and dependable work ethic
- Knowledge of Avimark preferred
- Veterinary experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized
