This role emphasizes maintaining client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and support. Success will involve maintaining a 90% satisfaction rating and facilitating lead conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional client care aligned with company standards
• Follow up on client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Assist in marketing campaigns for client engagement
• Prepare reports to track engagement and compliance
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in client success or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Customer service experience in a training context preferred
