Position: Client Service Associate for Investment Advisors
Support Investment Advisors as a Client Service Associate. Handle administrative tasks, client engagement, and contribute to a premier client service environment.
This role emphasizes collaboration and thorough communication as you assist advisors and engage with clients. You’ll prepare essential documents, generate reports, and facilitate lead management. Delivering a 'gold standard' client experience is paramount in your day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare client meeting documentation and updates

• Produce account analysis reports for IAs

• Manage leads and ensure proper referral processes

• Submit marketing materials for compliance checking

• Respond to client inquiries across multiple platforms
Requirements:

• Community college diploma or undergraduate degree preferred

• 1–2 years relevant experience in the field

• CIRO licensing as an Investment Representative required

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills

• Understanding of wealth management operations is an asset
