Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist with orientation and waivers

• Direct guest traffic for smooth and enjoyable experiences

• Monitor guest behavior and reinforce safety rules

• Maintain visual contact and provide guidance on attractions

• Assist with rescue efforts under supervision when necessary

Requirements:

• Comfortable with heights up to 50 feet

• Proven customer service experience in team settings

• Outdoor work capability in various weather conditions

• Background in recreation or resort operations preferred

• Energetic, professional, and independent work ethic
