Gateway is on the lookout for a guest whisperer with at least one year of related experience to join our dynamic team. You will engage with guests, resolve inquiries, and communicate exciting promotions. Assisting with rewards program enrollments will enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and offer exceptional assistance
• Provide information on ongoing events and promotions
• Register guests in the loyalty rewards program
• Help implement new events and entertainment initiatives
Requirements:
• At least one year in customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Intermediate computer and mathematical knowledge
• Ability to get registered with gaming body
• Patient and friendly demeanor during peak times
