HOURLY RATE – $18.71

FULL‑TIME

HOURS:

• Average 4–5 shifts per week
• 8‑hour shifts between 6:45 am and 11 pm

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Being friendly and helpful with guests while answering questions
• Checking guests in and out of the hotels
• Taking ownership of the guest's entire stay at Blue Mountain Resort
• Resolving service challenges to a happy outcome

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Energetic, friendly, cheerful attitude
• Intermediate computer knowledge
• Front Desk/Office or related experience
• Available to work weekends, evening, and holidays
