The Concierge at Amica Little Lake serves as a key resource for residents and visitors, employing outstanding customer service during every interaction. You will handle front-desk inquiries, assist in administrative tasks, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a friendly manner
• Answer inquiries efficiently at the front desk
• Efficiently handle phone and email communications
• Carry out basic accounting functions and provide support
• Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining resident files
Requirements:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in office settings is preferred
