This role is well suited for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, coordinating service appointments, and helping ensure vehicles receive the care and attention they need.
As a Service Advisor, you may act as the main point of contact between customers and the service department. Candidates should be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable explaining service recommendations in a clear and helpful way.
Responsibilities- Greet service customers and assist with appointment check-ins
- Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle service needs
- Communicate service recommendations, timelines, and updates clearly
- Coordinate with service technicians and other department team members
- Provide accurate information about maintenance and repair services
- Help customers understand recommended work and next steps
- Maintain organized records of service visits and customer communication
- Support a positive customer experience throughout the service process
- Follow up with customers when needed
