Join Blue Mountain Resort as a Guest Services Front Desk Agent and provide outstanding hospitality. Engage with guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
As a Guest Services Front Desk Agent, you will be part of the team dedicated to welcoming guests and managing their experiences at Blue Mountain Resort. The role involves checking guests in and out, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay. Full-time hours average 4–5 shifts weekly from 6:45 AM to 11 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly assistance to guest inquiries
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Own the guest experience throughout their visit
• Resolve any service issues positively
Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills required
• Energetic and cheerful personality a must
• Basic computer proficiency expected
• Previous Front Desk or related experience preferred
• Must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays
