Become a Guest Services Agent at Deerhurst Resort and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. This position is critical in facilitating smooth arrivals, departures, and guest inquiries effectively.
You will play a vital role in providing emotional and logistical support to guests and homeowners alike. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and thrives in fast-paced settings, ensuring all service inquiries are handled correctly. Experience in hospitality and guest service is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests with professional courtesy
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures accurately
• Address guest questions and escalated service issues
• Implement electronic payment processes at checkpoints
• Collaborate with resort teams to uphold service quality
Requirements:
• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS is a plus
• Availability for varied shifts, including evenings
