Position: Spa Experience Agent at Scandinave Spa
Location: The Blue Mountains

Support guest experiences as a Spa Experience Agent at Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment. This part-time role involves approximately 24 hours each week focused on excellent service.

Join the guest-facing operations at Scandinave Spa, where your primary duties will include assisting guests during their thermal journey while maintaining a pristine environment. You will engage in hands-on tasks, uphold cleanliness standards, and help ensure a seamless spa experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across spa facilities

• Provide warm and professional service to all guests

• Conduct regular inspections and operational tasks

• Foster collaboration with various departments for guest satisfaction

• Pay strong attention to detail and cleanliness requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or hospitality

• Background in pool systems or chemical testing is a plus

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Capable of lifting 30 lbs and managing indoor/outdoor tasks

• Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends and holidays
