Administrative Services Representative

Support students and guests as an Administrative Services Representative in Barrie, ON. This full-time role involves customer service, record-keeping, and operational duties at the residence front desk.

As the Residence Admin Services Representative, you'll handle inquiries and service requests while ensuring comfortable interactions at the front desk. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, processing financial transactions, and supporting admissions. Strong customer service skills are essential as you manage daily operations and uphold a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person

• Maintain records and reports using internal software systems

• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations professionally

• Process payments, invoices, and financial account reviews

• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of residence facilities

Requirements:

Preferred education:

DCS/DEC

• Minimum 2 years in customer support or client services

• 3 years of clerical experience preferred

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

• Valid Ontario Driver's License; vehicle required
