This role combines communication and customer support to meet the needs of those in residence. Responsibilities include overseeing financial transactions, maintaining security, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences. Your ability to juggle multiple duties will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for residents and their guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries and service requests promptly
• Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
• Maintain video surveillance system functionality
• Organize and tidy the front desk and lobby area
• Handle guest reservations and account settlements
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; some college preferred
• At least 1 year in customer service
• Strong communication abilities required
• Must work independently and efficiently
• Positive attitude and multitasking skills
