Guest Service Agent

Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain is looking for Guest Service Agents who are enthusiastic about providing an exceptional guest experience.

Our team is a big reason guests return often and share memories of their spa experience with others.

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Foster a relaxing and tranquil environment for guests.
• Assist with guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations on the phone and/or in person.
• Be responsible for check-ins and daily transactions.
• Engage guests; make a connection and anticipate guests' needs.
• Manage wait lists and cancellations.
• Serve prepared food and beverages at our bistro.

Pay Rate: $19.38/hour

• Smart Serve Certification required (or willing to obtain).
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A professional and positive attitude.
• Someone who enjoys people and interacting with the public.
• Self-motivated team player.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform some lifting.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work 24 hours per week.
