Your role will emphasize linking clients to premium automotive services while ensuring efficient operations.

We are on the lookout for a skilled Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. This position involves addressing service calls, managing work orders, and closely interacting with customers to fulfill their automotive needs. You will support Technicians and handle service transactions efficiently to maintain first-rate customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and write up all sales and service work orders

• Take service calls and accurately dispatch Tire Service Techs

• Process payment upon completion of services

• Provide frontline customer service at the counter and via phone

• Ensure work is completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Leadership experience preferred

• Clean Driver’s License and basic tire knowledge

• Strong communication skills necessary

• Proficiency in computer applications

• Previous automotive industry experience is a plus
