Greets patrons and employ exceptional customer service skills.Provides direction and check ticket validity using handheld palm pilot.Seats patrons in an efficient and orderly manner.Responds to customer inquiries and concerns.Ensures adherence to departmental and company policies and procedures, including the ability to work closely with Security.In the event of an emergency, assists patrons in a safe and organized manner.Participates in crowd control duties as needed.Position can be physically demanding and includes climbing stairs, standing for an entire shift and moving items up to 25 lbs. in weight.What You Bring
Previous ticket usher or similar experience considered an asset.Previous experience in an entertainment capacity preferred (. theatre, concert venues, .Able to deal with customer concerns in a courteous and timely manner.Excellent communication and organizational skillsFlexible to work all shifts as required.Ability to handle high volume and a fast-paced environment.Why Work for Us?
