Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests on arrival

• Assist with all reservation needs and changes

• Process check-ins and manage daily transactions

• Engage with guests to fulfill their specific requests

• Serve food and beverages in our bistro area

Requirements:

• Smart Serve Certification required or a commitment to obtain

• Customer service experience essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• A professional and positive attitude towards guests

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
