Parts & Service Advisor – Festing Toyota
Festing Toyota is looking for a flexible, customer-focused team member to join our Parts and Service team.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help create an exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll do:- Greet customers and help ensure they feel welcome from the moment they arrive
- Assist customers as a Service Advisor
, including listening to their concerns, explaining recommended maintenance and repairs, and keeping them informed - Assist at the Parts Counter
, helping customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders - Provide shuttle service for customers when required
- Work closely with our Service, Parts and Technician teams to keep customers and work flowing smoothly
- Follow up with customers and help resolve concerns
- Step in where needed — this is a role for someone who sees what needs to be done and is willing to help
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive, professional attitude
- A genuine team-player mentality
- Flexibility and the ability to move comfortably between different responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Someone who takes ownership and is willing to go the extra mile for our customers
- A valid Ontario driver's license and a clean driving record
- Automotive, dealership, parts or service experience is an asset, but we are willing to consider the right person with strong customer-service skills and the willingness to learn
