Position: Customer Service Role at Linde
Elevate your career at Linde Canada Inc. as a Customer Service Representative in Barrie, Ontario. You'll play a pivotal role in managing healthcare services for clients requiring home oxygen therapy.

In this full-time position, your primary duties involve coordinating telephone referrals and verifying funding for clients. You will enter orders, answer inquiries, and maintain customer account accuracy while supporting Territory Managers. Cash handling and daily bank deposits are also part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and verify client referrals for oxygen therapy

• Process client orders through multiple channels

• Ensure customer account data is complete and accurate

• Support inside sales efforts alongside customer service

• Conduct daily cash reconciliation and prepare deposits

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent necessary

• Minimum two years of customer service experience required

• Retail experience is preferred but not essential

• Strong organizational and communication skills needed

• Commitment to safety in all interactions is essential
