Join the Blue Mountain Resort team as a Rental Attendant, providing exceptional ski and snowboard equipment support during the seasonal rush. Help guests select the best gear for an unforgettable day on the slopes.
As a Rental Attendant, you'll assist customers in finding the right ski or snowboard equipment tailored to their skill level. Ensure an enjoyable customer experience by educating guests on the rental process and operational details of rental gear. This role includes adherence to safe rental procedures and equipment checks to ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests with ski or snowboard equipment selection
• Educate customers on the rental process and equipment use
• Set up rental equipment and explain operation details
• Confirm waiver information and check equipment accuracy
• Maintain a high level of customer service and support
Requirements:
• Physically fit, able to lift 40lbs
• Achieve 80% or higher on binding exam
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Customer-oriented with prioritization abilities
