Position: Construction Service Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead scheduling for service technicians with efficiency

• Address all customer service inquiries promptly

• Organize ordering of necessary parts from vendors

• Verify and update work orders in CRM systems

• Manage warranty claims submission and tracking

Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a relevant coordination role

• Basic understanding of window and door product components

• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
