Elevate dealer service with Napoleon as a Bilingual Dealer Experience Advisor. Deliver exceptional support in English and Spanish, processing orders and inquiries effectively.
Napoleon is seeking a Bilingual Dealer Experience Advisor to enhance customer satisfaction. This role focuses on managing dealer communications via phone, email, and online portals. You will ensure timely order processing and actively contribute to delivering outstanding dealer experiences through effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter orders accurately in the computer system
• Answer dealer inquiries on product, pricing, and shipping
• Provide best possible ETA dates using available tools
• Coordinate shipping with internal departments and dealers
• Maintain dealer account information for accurate processing
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems preferable
