As a part time Customer Service Officer, you will provide professional support at the initial point of contact for Warrigal Links. The role suits experienced customer-facing professionals with reception, cash handling, invoice cost coding, data entry, and computer literacy skills. You will engage with people, maintain customer relationships, and understand older people’s needs. The position offers 30 hours weekly, with flexibility across seven days between 7.00am and 10.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome visitors as Warrigal Links’ initial point of contact
- Deliver professional support and services to customers
- Support the broader community through outstanding customer service
- Complete reception duties and cash handling
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer relationships
- Extensive customer service experience in customer-facing work
- Experience with reception, cash handling, and invoice cost coding
- Strong data entry and computer literacy skills
- Strengths in planning, time management, flexibility, and technology use
- Understanding of older people’s needs
