Loblaw Companies Limited seeks a Customer Support representative reporting to the Asset Protection team. You will greet customers, provide guidance, and help maintain a positive, secure environment. The work emphasizes customer connections, safety awareness, calm responses, accurate records, and collaboration with store teams.

• Welcome customers and colleagues as a first point of contact
• Answer inquiries and guide customers through store entrances and exits
• Identify and address spills, wet floors, and other safety hazards
• Respond calmly to urgent situations and escalate when needed
• Complete accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities
• Exceptional customer service and rapport-building skills
• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanour
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
