Build e-commerce order fulfillment skills as a Personal Shopper at Zehrs, delivering accurate, quality products and attentive customer service.
Personal Shoppers fulfill customer e-commerce orders with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail. You will support personalized shopping experiences through product selection, transactions, substitutions, and customer questions. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Fulfill customer e-commerce orders with quality products
- Assist customers with general questions courteously
- Scan products and process transactions accurately
- Contact customers about substitutions or order accuracy
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Resourceful, driven, and courteous customer service approach
- Flexibility for days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds
- Capacity for constant mobility throughout entire shifts
