Customer Service Representative

Deliver exceptional customer experiences at the LCBO in Haliburton as a Holiday Customer Service Representative working on-site. Use POS and cash-system skills while supporting holiday shoppers across Ontario.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will serve customers responsibly and help make seasonal shopping memorable. Paid online training introduces wine, beer, cider, and spirits while developing customer service skills. The assignment runs from November 16 through December 31, 2026.

• Serve customers promptly using the POS and cash system
• Ask customers for donations during the sustainability campaign
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
• Receive inventory and replenish, face-up, and organize shelves
• Keep the store clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready

• Comfort supporting customers and working effectively with teammates
• Legal authorization to work in Canada with valid documentation
• At least 18 years old
• Availability Fridays evenings, weekends, and specified holidays
• Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly while standing
