You will complete applications, maintain records, process payments, and support branch opening, closing, cleanliness, and security procedures. Flexible evening and weekend availability is required.

• Complete customer transactions and answer financial service questions
• Collect, verify, and document required application information
• Reconcile cash drawers after each shift
• Maintain branch appearance and customer-ready conditions
• Support opening, closing, paperwork, and security procedures

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience
• Experience handling cash and POS transactions
• Ability to manage priorities under pressure
• Availability for flexible evenings and weekends
