Position: Dental Assistant - Beach Road Dental

Schedule:

Monday: 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Tuesday: 10:00am - 7:00pm.

Wednesday: 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm.

Friday (once a month): 8:30am - 5:00pm.

The wage for this Dental Assistant position is $25-$28/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Please note that this is a replacement job opening.

Your Role:

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow.

Take dental X-rays and digital images as required.

Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards.

Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.

Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.

Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour.

About You:

Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required.

NDAEB is required.

Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
