Become an essential part of Barrie Dental Arts as a full-time Certified Dental Assistant in Barrie, ON. We're seeking passionate candidates to assist in delivering exceptional dental services.
As a dental professional, your primary responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms and assisting the Dentist with patient care. Candidates must have a CDA certification, along with HARP certification, demonstrating proficiency in infection prevention practices. New graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they are team-oriented and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Dentist in patient treatments
• Maintain and prepare the dental treatment area
• Ensure compliance with infection control procedures
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatments
• Operate dental practice management software as applicable
Requirements:
• Completion of CDA Level I or II certification
• HARP certification required in Ontario
• Knowledgeable in infection control procedures
• Registered or in the registration process with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting
