Napoleon Senior Designer Position

Reporting to the Technology / Engineering Manager, this role utilizes three or more years of relevant experience in product design. You will be responsible for creating and validating product concepts that enhance customer comfort and satisfaction while ensuring timely production and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design innovative product ideas

• Prepare detailed 3D models and production specifications

• Conduct design validations and ensure compliance

• Manage project schedules and coordinate with cross-functional teams

• Mentor and guide junior designers throughout projects

Requirements:

• Preferred University Degree or Diploma in a related field

• Minimum three years of hands-on product design experience

• Solid Works or equivalent 3D CAD proficiency required

• Relevant experience in HVAC or similar products necessary

• CSWA certification to be pursued within 75 days
