About the Opportunity We are seeking Canadian-licensed Family Physicians interested in expanding their clinical practice into medical aesthetics , with a focus on cosmetic injectables (e.g., neuromodulators and dermal fillers).
This role is ideal for physicians looking to:

Role Overview Physicians in this role will provide in‑person cosmetic injectable services and participate in the full patient journey—from consultation to treatment and follow‑up—supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical and aesthetic consultations
Assess patient suitability for cosmetic injectable treatments
Obtain and document informed consent
Perform cosmetic injectable procedures in accordance with training and protocols
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and safety standards
Monitor outcomes and manage follow‑up care
Collaborate with nursing, administrative, and clinical support teams
Maintain accurate medical documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
Training & Support Full initial training in cosmetic injectables (theory + hands‑on)
Structured onboarding and supervised clinical practice
Ongoing education, mentorship, and clinical support
Established protocols for safety, complications, and escalation
Full administrative and operational support so physicians can focus on patient care
Qualifications MD in good standing with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
Eligible to practice independently in Ontario
Strong interest in aesthetic medicine and procedural practice
Commitment to patient safety, professionalism, and ethical care
No prior cosmetic injectables experience required
