Position: LTO - Full Time (1.0) Elementary Teacher - Non Classroom - FSL
Location: Midland

Position Overview

Long Term Occasional Teaching Position – Full Time (1.0) Elementary Teacher – Non Classroom – FSL

This date may end earlier; notice will be given to the successful candidate as required in accordance with the Collective Agreement.

Qualifications
  • Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
  • FSL Part 1 qualification

Applicants who hold the specified qualifications will be given priority. If no applicants internal or external hold all required qualifications after the second posting, applicants with partial qualifications will be considered.

In accordance with the Central Terms of the Collective Agreement related to Hiring Practices, filling of long-term occasional assignments will occur without an in-person interview. The Board will staff long-term assignments from the three most senior qualified applicants available for the assignment, if there are no supernumerary teachers or teachers declared redundant who are placed into this long-term assignment.
