Internal Teacher

Position: Full-Time Internal Contract Teacher
Location: Innisfil

As a 1.0 FTE teacher at the SCDSB, you will be responsible for providing quality education in assigned subjects. This role includes managing classroom activities, preparing teaching plans, and collaborating with fellow educators to foster student development. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective instruction and evaluate student progress

• Prepare and submit teaching plans as required

• Supervise instructional programs and manage classroom activities

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures in teaching

• Engage with parents during regular meetings

Requirements:

• Qualified in French and/or NSL

• Experience in classroom management

• Strong collaboration skills with school staff

• Commitment to equity and inclusion principles

• Understanding of Ontario's educational standards
