Position: Full-Time Grade 8 French Immersion Teacher
Location: Wasaga Beach

SCDSB seeks a dedicated Grade 8 French Immersion Teacher for full-time instruction. This role requires effective teaching skills in both French and FSL content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in French and FSL

• Evaluate student progress and report to the principal

• Prepare teaching plans as directed by the principal

• Maintain classroom readiness and safety for all students

• Foster collaboration with community and parents

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with a valid contract

• Proficiency in French and French as a Second Language

• Experience in class management and cooperative teaching

• Strong communication skills with students and parents
