Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with medical care and hygiene needs

• Supervise students during classroom activities and excursions

• Modify programs and materials for individual needs

• Provide direct intervention based on IEPs and safety plans

• Attend professional development sessions and meetings

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred

• Related experience working with children and youth

• Training in de-escalation strategies provided

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team
