As a Life Skills Teacher, you will work under Principal Dan Mac Donald during the first semester. Your responsibilities will range from preparing teaching plans to ensuring effective management of classroom activities. Collaboration with colleagues and community engagement will be essential to support students' diverse needs and ensure an inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective instruction tailored to student needs
• Prepare teaching plans and outlines as required
• Maintain classroom readiness before classes begin
• Collaborate with peers and the principal on student instruction
• Complete report cards accurately and on time
Requirements:
• Experience in special education teaching methods
• Strong commitment to inclusion and diversity
• Ability to prepare reports and teaching materials
• Familiarity with educational regulations and accountability
• Capacity to engage with parents and guardians
