Engage with pets and their parents as a Pet Training Instructor vide positive training experiences while promoting our comprehensive curriculum in a rewarding, pet-focused environment.
In this role, you will empower pet parents by educating them on the benefits of training. Responsible for scheduling classes and ensuring a clean, safe environment, you will also actively sell training sessions in-store, online, and over the phone. Your expertise will be essential in answering pet parent inquiries and improving their experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide pet parents in training discussions and outcomes
• Actively sell training classes and educate clients
• Maintain all related training documentation
• Ensure a clean and safe training environment
• Recognize team contributions to training success
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail experience in customer service
• Completion of Pet Smart Training Instructor Course
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle pets
