This contract role, running from June 2026 to April 2027, requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years in education management. You will manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, undertake business development, and ensure effective monitoring of training initiatives. Your responsibilities will support Georgian College's strategic goals in education and corporate training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement education program strategies
• Manage course development to meet labor market demands
• Lead and oversee training project management
• Negotiate and manage contracts and proposals
• Support faculty with curriculum adherence
Requirements:
• Three-year diploma or degree in a relevant field
• 7 years of educational institution experience
• Demonstrated leadership and financial management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven project management capabilities
