The position demands a commitment to effective pupil instruction and classroom management. You will work closely with the principal and collaborate with other educators to implement teaching plans. Your regular engagement with parents and guardians will enhance student success and community relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement lessons and evaluate student progress

• Ensure classroom is ready for students before lessons

• Conduct regular meetings with parents or guardians

• Manage consistent disciplinary practices across classes

• Assist in the administration of quality tests

Requirements:

• Preference for candidates with Special Education experience

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Capacity to work with diverse learning needs

• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check

• Adhere to Ontario educational standards
