As part of Prep Academy Tutors, you will provide tailored academic support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role seeks compassionate educators experienced in one-on-one learning environments who are dedicated to fostering independence and confidence. Emphasizing relationship-based teaching, you will adapt methods and collaborate with families and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized academic support for students with ASD
• Adapt teaching materials to individual learning needs
• Foster emotional regulation and social skills development
• Collaborate with families and educational team for progress
• Create engaging and structured learning experiences
Requirements:
• Background in Special Education, Autism, or related fields
• Experience with ASD in educational or therapeutic settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient and adaptable student-centered approach
• Access to reliable transportation in the area
