The 1-period LTO position aims to engage students through effective teaching methodologies and an emphasis on individual learning needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lessons in Civics & Careers with clarity
• Assess and report on student learning progress
• Prepare and submit required educational documents
• Foster positive relationships with students and parents
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
Requirements:
• Appropriate qualifications for Civics & Careers teaching
• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
• Experience teaching diverse student populations
• Skills in communication and collaboration
• Alignment with SCDSB's commitment to equity
