Training Supervisor Workforce Development

Position: Training Supervisor for Workforce Development
Location: Midland

Lead and enhance training initiatives with RTX as a Training Supervisor. Focus on onboarding, skills development, and continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

In this vital role, you will oversee training delivery and workforce development processes within RTX. You will work closely with teams from Operations, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, and Health & Safety to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness. Your experience supervising training activities will play a key role in increasing workforce competency and readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee training in health & safety and technical skills

• Guide trainers and employees for effective learning

• Monitor and improve training effectiveness and engagement

• Develop and standardize training materials and resources

• Ensure compliance with training documentation and standards

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Adult Education or related field

• 3-5 years’ experience in training within manufacturing

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in learning management systems and Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
