Location: Angus
Lead Basic and Advanced Construction Technology classes at Simcoe County District School Board. This LTO role involves facilitating effective learning and student assessments.
As an LTO instructor, you will guide students through three periods of construction technology, preparing necessary teaching materials and managing the classroom environment. Regularly reporting on student achievement and fostering community relations are key aspects of the role. You will also implement safety procedures in all activities and classes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct students in construction technology subjects
• Monitor and report on student progress
• Prepare and submit lesson plans
• Maintain a safe and ready classroom environment
• Engage with community stakeholders
Requirements:
• Relevant teaching qualifications
• Previous experience in teaching
• Strong organizational skills
